Calling all German-speaking talent in Lisbon! Are you fluent in German and ready to kickstart an exciting career in the vibrant city of Lisbon? We've got just the opportunity for you! KEY RESPONSABILITIES: You will collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles. Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networks. Review and screen resume to identify qualified candidates and conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and manage the candidates interviews processes, including follow-ups and feedback. Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages. Maintain accurate records of candidate information and interview results in our applicant tracking system. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future positions. REQUIREMENTS: Fluent/native German and English (mandatory). Solid experience in the recruitment field. Good communication skills. WHAT WE OFFER: Schedule: monday to friday (9AM to 6PM) Direct contract with the client. Competitive salary + Meal Allowance (meal card).
