randstad was challenged by an insurance company to search for the best possible talent for accounting assistant to work in their shared services center.you'll be challenged to do the following functions:
• Be the first point of contact for brokers and clients to provide superb customer experience by answering all
internal and external questions which fall within the Policy Admin scope, and determine and execute the
transfer of all other questions to the relevant departments;
• Accurate, timely and efficient data entry of insurance risks to achieve Service Excellence, as well as general
administrative duties such as profiling, handling small Endorsements and Cancellations as well as issuing
documentation and mailbox monitoring;
• Ensure constant superb quality output;
• Deliver exceptional service standards/KPI’s;
• Provide support to other teams to cover absences and peak workloads.

Competências:
do you think you can handle it? If you have:a Customer centric approach;
Fluency in English and German;
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a member of different teams;
Focused attention to detail and accuracy, structured and autonomous working style;
Ability to organize and prioritize and plan workload to meet deadlines;
Ideally have experience of working in an office environment, ideally in a multi-national, multi lingual
environment;
Experience in insurance is an advantage;
Good computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills.
