Are you a German and English speaker who is looking for a long-term project with professional growth perspectives? Come join the German Customer Support Team! Mission Your daily mission will involve mostly Customer Support tasks which include delivering premium customer service tasks and identifying opportunities to maximize sales (up-sell/cross-sell). You will be in contact with clients to present a software system linked to the hospitality industry and follow-up with them. Profile - You're a German native speaker with an advanced level of English; - You have previous experience performing Customer Support tasks as well as Sales; - You're available to work from Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00).
