Are you a German speaker looking for a new opportunity in Sunny Lisbon? We have the answer for you - as an Customer service order management for a medical technology company. About the Role: - Handles customer data base updates such as customer master data and pricelist maintenance. - Guarantee the accuracy of pricing data in ERP, targeting to eliminate pricing errors and ensure accurate communication to customers/clients - Responsible for documenting and maintaining pricing processes - Responsible for the review and administration of price deviations and exceptions - Respond to pricing queries escalated from sales and other employees as needed - Effect promotional pricing in designated product categories and territories - Ensure that prices and specific programs conform to the organization’s pricing strategy - Provide support for system upgrades and implementations related to pricing - Administer and upload exceptions for customers price list from customers - Undertake ad-hoc pricing analysis as required by superiors Requirements: - Minimum 5 year of experience in customer service / Data maintenance role - Proven track record driving process improvement initiatives - Represents the company professionally, ethically, and morally at all times.
