At the moment we are looking for customer support agents fluent in German to integrate in the customer retention department for a worldwide recognized airline.Competências:
Requirements:- Native or fluent German;
- Native or fluent Portuguese;
- Secondary education completed;
- Good argumentation skills;
- Strong sense of responsibility and ethics.
Principais responsabilidades
The person we are looking for will get in touch with German clients with the goal to negotiate a solution for open complaints with this portuguese airline.Oferta
We offer:- Full Time schedule between 10h00 - 19h00, Monday to Friday;
- Base salary (1300€) + meal allowance in card (6€)
- Workplace in Lisbon near the metro station.
