Now, to help our client with a brand-new project, we are looking for a German Advisor for a Wine App.
As a German Advisor for a Wine App your main job will be:
- Provide support to app users and solve customer and suppliers queries regarding purchasing and delivery tracking;
- Being part of a team specialized in offering support through written communication/phone;
- Internal growing opportunities based on performance;
- Offering solutions to customers in order to help them discover and buy wine in a fun, easy, and effortless way.
You must have:
- Native or fluency in German and English (C level minimum - mandatory);
- Experience in the customer service/ call centre industry is preferred;
- Knowledgeable in Windows-based and Microsoft Office Applications.
What we offer:
- Contract directly with our client;
- Competitive wages: base + language + performance + special bonus;
- Workload: 40 hours/week (between 8 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday);
