We are hiring a Reservations Manager who will work on our customer service and accept reservations for customers. Typically working at the front desk of our hotel in a customer service position. Assist customers by phone and in person, answering their questions and organizing their travel plans or reservations.Work From Home
Supervise reservations personnel in their duties.
Manage room reservations for large events like weddings or other events.
Monitor billing arrangements.
Manage hotel room inventories.
Train new employees on reservation processes.
