We seek to engage the service of a professional food and beverage manager to be responsible for managing all Food and Beverage operations and providing an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, personnel and finances. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee involvement.Duties Include
Manage All Daily F&B Operations According to Budgeted Guidelines and the Highest Standards
Create Exceptional Menus, Buy Products, and Continually Make Necessary Improvements
Identify customer needs and proactively address all their concerns
Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and evaluating talented people
Comply with all health and safety regulations
