We seek to employ the service of a professional food and beverage manager to be responsible for managing all Food and Beverage operations and providing a great guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, personnel and finances. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee involvement.

Duties Include

Manage all A & B and day-to-day operations within the highest budgeted guidelines
Create exceptional menus, buy products and make the necessary improvements Continuously
Identify customer needs and proactively respond to all needs. your concerns
Lead F&B staff by attracting, recruiting, training and evaluating talented employees
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Sales and Productivity Management Report

Personal Qualities and Skills

Proven Food and Beverage Management Experience
Ability to Identify and solve problems efficiently
Domain in delegating multiple tasks
Communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage staff and meet financial goals Service-
oriented and service-oriented
Culinary school diploma or degree in food service administration or related field
