Competências:
What you need to apply:- Advanced level in english (at least C1)
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience of working for a large organisation, specially in SSC environment is desirable
- A good sense of relationship and strong interpersonal qualities (to be able to manage the relationship with different cultures within units)
- Organizational and communication skills
- Able to work in a multicultural work environment
- Different levels of experience in finance/accounting positions.
Principais responsabilidades
What you´ll do:- Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliations.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for accruals and variances.
- Assist various departments in accounting issues and queries.
- Maintain the Fixed Asset Ledger up to date
- Analyze and perform foreign currency exchanges.
- Manage Inventory Accounting and valuation as required
- Support Auditor in conducting internal and external audits.
- Process Payroll and related accounting
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and revenue accounts.
- Follow documentation retention policy to maintain accounting files.
- Ensure Inter Company accounts remain in balance in agreement with counter party company balances
- Ensure adherence to standard accounting principles and company procedures.
