Kelly Services is currently, we're recruiting Gaming & Technical Agents (m/f), for a client situated in Lisbon.As Gaming & Technical Agents (m/f), you will be responsible for handling issues regarding games or consoles/tablet, such as reset passwords, remote control, install programs and much more challenging tasks!
Profile:
- Oral and written communication skills in one or more of the following languages - German, Dutch, Czech, Norwegian, Swedish, Polish, French or Russian (mandatory);
- Good level of spoken and written English (mandatory);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proactivity and dynamism;
- Very good technical knowledge (eliminatory);
- Passion about the games industry and be an active player (preferential);
- Strong Customer and results orientation.
Schedules: 7h00 to 22h00 MON-SUN (rotating shifts 8h/day – 40h(week)
Conditions: RBM between 600€ till 957€ + 6€ meal allowance + 100 training bonus + bonus till 150€ after the training
