Are you a gamer? Do you like the game industry? If your answer is Yes, then start working with us!Kelly Services is currently, we're recruiting Customer Service Representatives (m/f), with fluency in Dutch, German, French or Italian, for a client situated in Lisbon.
As Gaming Support (m/f), you will be responsible consistently provide solutions to consumers and deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction in specified native or near-native language by webmail.
You will also have the responsibility to act with autonomy and creativity to delight and astound customers with knowledge and passion for our client’s products, and you also will consistently look for opportunities to improve the customer experience by sharing consumer feedback and recommendations to our client.
Profile:
- Native or fluency in Dutch, German, French or Italian (mandatory);
- Good level of spoken and written English (mandatory);
- Feel passionate about the gaming industry and be an active gamer;
- Show strong logical thinking, good communication and team player;
- Have technical knowledge and technical support experience will be considered a plus;
- Have a consumer-oriented mindset and willingness to provide the best service.
Workload: Monday to Sunday, between 7h00 until 23h00 (rotating shifts 8h/day – 40h (week)
Conditions:
Dutch and German market > RBM 957€ + 6€ meal allowance + 100 training bonus + bonus till 150€ after the training + Extra bonus until 600€;
French and Italian market > RBM 857€ + 6€ meal allowance + 100 training bonus + bonus till 150€ after the training.
