Do you like the game industry? If your answer is Yes, then we have the perfect job for you!Kelly Services is currently recruiting Gaming Support Agents (m/f), with fluency in Brazilian-Portuguese, for a client situated in Lisbon.
As Gaming Support Agents (m/f), you will be responsible to respond to customer inquiries regarding service and product related inquiries, inform the customer about specific products, services, policies and processes, troubleshoot and resolves customer issues and promote relevant customer products.
Profile:
- Native language skills in Brazilian Portuguese (verbal, reading, writing) + good in English (verbal, reading, writing -> mandatory;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Knowledge and experience in the service centre for IT products/services/ gaming sector;
- Strong administration and organization skills;
- Passion about the games industry and be an active player (preferential);
- Strong Customer and results orientation.
Workload: from Monday to Sunday, between 11h00 until 01h00 (rotating shifts 8h/day – 40h week)
Conditions: RBM between 600€ + 6€ meal allowance + Vacation and Christmas allowance + 100 training bonus + bonus till 150€ after the training
