Our client is a global leader in the cosmetics industry that is looking for a Finance Supervisor (Accountant certification).Competências:
- University Degree in Business administration, economic orsimilar;
- Professional experience of, at least, 5 years in similar
roles;
- Fluency in English;
- Fluency in Spanish will be a plus;
- Expertise in MS Office;
- Certified Accountant (mandatory);
- Strong commitment to a quality ethic;
- Able to communicate and negotiate;
- Effective planner and strong organizational skills;
- Entrepreneur approach to new opportunities;
- Demonstrates trustworthiness, honesty and integrity;
- Takes the initiative, is forward thinking and hands on;
- Strong leadership and coordination skills - ability to deal
with team conflicts;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Principais responsabilidades
-Coordination of the monthly end and Financial Reporting ofthe market;
-Tax Matters (Accounting & Reporting, Compliance and
Audits);
-Coordinate and monitories Balance Sheet Reconciliation
between Local and Finance Services Shared Center;
-Keeps statutory books and manage relationship with
External Auditors, coordinating the Yearly Audit Planning;
-Coordinate activities with the Internal Audit team;
-Fixed Assets Accounting;
-Taking decision about GL accounting;
-Provides Impairment Review;
-Follow Internal Controls;
-Closing of Statutory accounting - local books;
-Reporting of business KPIs;
-Contribute to Forecasting/Budget projections;
-Coordination of the local Finance Team.
