Our client is a multinational FMCG company, which is looking for a Financial Business Controller.As Controller you will be the Finance Business Partner in Portugal with different stakeholders to drive sound financial decision-making for the business. In addition, lead and ensure timely, accurate.

You will oversee the business and financial operations of the company and share responsibility for the organization’s economic and financial performance. You will provide
leadership, guidance and direction to the accounting team, develop and implement internal controls and monitor success to minimize risks.
responsabilidades chave
Develop Financial Dashboard;Support investment strategy to ensure profitable growth with selective focus per country;
Topline performance; forecasts incl. sell out; Stock levels distributors; in market;
Value chain & RTM coordination (pricing, forex impacts and distributors margin analysis);
Support other functions to implement related controls;
Challenge sourcing allocation & related cogs impact;
Supply Chain controlling;
Monthly CO% per Sku analysis;
Monitor the FX devaluation raised for Central bank and forecast based on proper economic research and ensure sufficient reserve accordingly;
CANN / CO bridges analysis;
A&P budgets management (actuals & forecasts);
Implement efficient administrative workflow;
Ensure investments follow strategy & company focus;
Implement ROI mind-set & supporting process/tools/controls ;
FTE & Cost forecast & variance analysis;
Reporting on BPC & Magnitude as per global schedules;
Prepare monthly rolling forecast with variance analysis vLY;
Prepares short- and long-term financial planning, KPI's, any other benefit information as needed or requested..
competências
Degree in Economic Sciences, Finance or Engineer.Among 3 years working within controlling department is a must. Working in multinational environment will be a plus.
Fluent Spanish and English.
Strong Finance background, Strategic Thinking, Effective - Comunication, Team-worker, Problem solving, Committed, proactive & Reliable.
Experience with SAP, MS Excel, & BI tools. Power BI and Qlik will be a plus.
