• Customer technical support, installers with Network’s daily service monitoring to control service costs, RTAT (Repair Turn Around Time), and GSFS activities control and support (Validation and verification of works included in GSFS by ASC's in GERP (Warranty claim Management in the system GERP);
• Ability of inspect and repair air-conditioning equipment’s provide the experience to create and develop add value for quick problem identification and fast customer resolution, providing also a strong claim management and accurate spare parts support; 
• Technical inspections of reference sites and customers local;
• Start-up process in Multi V product for warranty certification, allow customer loyalty and develop biz opportunities in old installations to new installations, creating more biz opportunities; 
• Warranty of the manufacturer's recommendations for proper operation; 
• Secure the technical and professional brand image; 
• Fast execution on solving customers problems; 
• Indirect contribution for sales growth. 

• Professional Training with HVAC specialization;
• 5 years’ experience (minimum) with a top tier firm and/or technical consulting in a global company; 
• Knowledge & experience of B2B related industry, especially HVAC or Lighting/BMS/control industry is plus; 
• Global experience required. Experience and ability to work within Asian context is a plus; 
• Excellent problem-solving skills demonstrated with relevant projects in consulting or previous job experience; 
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse functions, people from different organizations, and manage various stakeholders; 
• Engineering skills, quality brand orientation, customer orientation, focus and motivation for goals achievement;
• TIM III Certification (installation and maintenance technician of buildings and systems) and Fluorinated Gases (both required).
