Minimum 3-5 years experience in handling/maintaining high vacuum systems and DC / RF magnetronplasma generation equipments in a cleanroom environment.
Excellent troubleshooting capabilities
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
University degree in Engineering, Materials Science or Physics
Diploma holders with more than 5 years experience will also be considered
Good command of verbal and written English.
Software experience in Siemens PLC and Visual Basic will be an added advantage.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word
Principais responsabilidades
• Independently install, commission and troubleshoot Physical and Chemical Vapor Deposition disksputtering equipment and Semiconductor Thin Films Deposition equipment including retrofit, upgrade and
system warranty standby at customer site.
• Serve as customer contact on technical and service related problems. Diagnose mechanical, electrical,
hardware, software and systems failures, using established procedures.
• Effectively convey ideas and technical observations to resolve engineering issues. Strive for root cause
analysis, identification, and long term fixes in every engineering activity.
• Interface with vendors to lead procurement process for technical products.
• Work effectively with internal customers and functional departments on technical and administrative issues.
• Prepare reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues.
• Attend meetings and hold conference calls as necessary.
