Competências:
- Degree in either Telecommunications or IT;- Minimum of 2 years experience with RAN products (2G, 3G,4G);
- Fault Management & Performance Management experience;
- Previous 2nd level support to 1st level teams Experience;
- Creation of reports with multiple KPIs included;
- Incident Management experience and practical problem solving/analytic abilities;
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment;
- Good communication skills;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
