- Degree in either Telecommunications or IT;- Good knowledge of IP network, mainly TCP/IP e VoIP (SIP);
- Know-how of the Data Bases (preference Oracle) in SQL and PL/SQL;
- Good understanding and experience with OS management like Linux and Windows;
- Experience with scripting (Perl, Python, AWK, sed, etc.) PLUS;
- Experience with management and Web Services troubleshooting and advanced technologies associated (SOAP, REST, CometD, etc.);
- Knowledge of CTI/Contact Center (preference Genesys);
- Incident Management experience with tecnical support and practical problem solving/analytic abilities;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Availability to prevent service on-call (24x7);
- Availability to travel inside and outside Lisbon
