Randstad Professionals is the Randstad area specialized in middle and senior management recruitment.Our client is a multinational pharmaceutical, leader in its sector, that is currently looking for to grown their team and they are looking for a External Supply Operations Manager.
responsabilidades chave
Support Virtual Site Teams: meeting planning & facilitation, supplier performance review &risk management, project management, monthly reporting, issue resolution;
Drive external network strategy and supplier capacity planning;
Support product transfer and integration readiness of Virtual Sites (supplier onboarding,
alternative sourcing evaluations etc.);
Develop and maintain process framework (Global Operations Business System) for core
ESO processes;
Develop and maintain market and supplier capability insights;
Support business cases, Make vs. Buy decisions, CoGs evaluations, Post-Business case
reviews.
competências
Minimum bachelor-level education in Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering or Sciences;Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience within the field of Supply Chain, Operations or
Procurement;
Industry background Pharma, OTC FMC or related industries;
Experience in Project Management and cross-functional collaboration and project
coordination;
Understanding of company financials and business case assessments;
Fluent English;
Profound understanding of Office package, including experience with Excel / Powerpoint;
Excellent communicator ensuring stakeholder management at all levels;
Process orchestration and synchronizations beyond the borders of functions and countries;
Analytical & problem solving skills;
To be located in Lisbon, Origgio or Aachen.
