Responsibilities:Provide strategic and respected HR advice, handling employee discipline and grievances, as appropriate
Support local HR teams in managing sensitive employee situations and to review instances of employee misconduct, including investigating and recommending disciplinary action weighing the extent of violation, fairness of action and local employment laws
Provide feedback and input for improvement of ER & LR programs, processes and policies
Deliver all employee and labor relations related activities
Serve as subject matter expert for Labor law, company policy/procedure knowledge to employees, managers and people representatives
competências
Qualifications:Graduate/Masters Degree in Labor Law, Human Resources, or similar
Minimum of 4 years experience
Good organizational skills, focusing on quality, processes, and results
Good negotiating and conflict management skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Fluent in English and Portuguese
Mandatory experience: Experience in disciplinary processes (issuing guilt notes, final reports and application of sanctions)

Contract beginning: ASAP
Base salary: até 1800€ (according to experience level)
Daily Meal Allowance: 7,63 € /day on meal card;
Transportation allowance: 40,00 € per month.
