We are recruiting Dutch Speaking Customer Advisors to provide service for our client based in Lisbon. As a Customer Service Representative with a Native level/High level of Dutch your main function will be to support and improve customer satisfaction.- You will deliver service and support customers by phone in Dutch language.
- You will give information, solutions and counselling on the offered products/services.
- You will update all new customers' requests in the company' software.
- You will maintain positive customer relationships through a responsible treatment of each contact always looking for news ways of improvement.
