Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in
standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working/ processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. responsabilidades chave
The Internal Controls Self-Assessment (ICSA), is a dedicated means by which Airbus entities around the world must annually assess their conformity with Airbus Internal Compliance Control Standards. As a second level of controls, together with other team members, you will conduct on-site reviews (known as FIT-Checks) to validate ICSA responses conjointly with local Compliance responsibles (second level of controls).Main tasks and responsibilities will include:
? Performs risk based diligence and facilitates approvals on third parties, including but not limited to suppliers, customers and partnerships in support of Airbus’ anti-corruption efforts;
? Identification of mitigation actions to address any red flags which may be identified during the due diligence process; and
? Works cross-functionally with Finance, Export Control, Procurement, and other Airbus teams to coordinate the assessment and remediation of risks presented by Airbus Commercial third parties.

Master degree, ideally in business law (or equivalent)Experience of advising on compliance and anti-corruption matters
Familiarity with digital compliance tools
High degree of integrity, discretion and trust
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify potential compliance issues
Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously
Strong relationship building, networking and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently but also as part of team in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
