Our client is a Digital Services Multinational Company sector that is looking to expand its business hiring of a Digital Operations Team Leader (m/f).Responsibilities:
• Providing web service delivery to the client and conducting direct client interactions;
• Leading and providing guidance to the Account Manager and the team;
• Taking part in daily operations and support Account Manager on planning, resourcing and following up KPIs of the team members;
• Implementing and improving processes and procedures;
• Managing client feedbacks.

Competências:
Requisites:Masters or Bachelors degree in relevant discipline (Business Administration, Economics);
Minimum of 3 years experience in account / content / customer relationship management as a team leader, preferably within a fast-changing international environment as similar to web / digital sector;
Strong interpersonal, leadership and people management skills;
Fluency in English;
Strong analytical skills;
Financially literate, with solid business acumen.
