- A minimum of 3 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
- Experience with paid advertising platforms management, reports creation, and communication is a must.
- Knowledge of social media advertising best practices, reporting, and analytics
- Experience in Product-Led growth, project management, copywriting, and copy editing is a plus
- Define and implement Paid Advertising reports, tracking campaign’s performance, communicate the results internally, and come up with optimization strategies and insights;
- Work closely with the campaigns and field marketing teams to help them achieve, and track, their business goals;
- Actively communicate with the web and design teams, on the creation of ads and landing pages, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration;
- Manage the relation with the different advertising providers from a procurement, finance, legal perspective, to optimize cost and effectiveness;
- Support team excellence by documenting processes and evangelizing new approaches.
