Randstad Professionals is the brand of Randstad Group focused on recruitment of Middle & Top Management.Our client is a multinational insurance Company, a worldwide reference in this sector. We are currently searching for a Digital Marketing Senior Manager (m/f).
Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver Social Strategy, selecting channel and monitoring impact and efficiency;
- Adapt Strategy (Brand, Sponshorships) to off site digital environment (comms,
content, acquisition, audiences, etc);
- Define and manage SEO&SEM&PPC, Digital performance, Digital and marketing social media, UX and content, Digital adquisition strategy and optimization (funnel conversion optimization and full web hiring proccess optimization);
- Optimize, monitor and report Acquisition CR (conversion rate) and collaborate with onsite team (and other relevant stakeholders) to drive on the overall optimization;
- Drive target achievement by measuring and evaluating impacting performance outcomes, extending this to all team members;
- Select/manage vendors and tools with internal stakeholder's and manage effectively to deliver timely and impacting requirements;
- Keep familiar with new market regulations and manage stakeholders through same;
- Innovation - Be aware of the opportunities related to the digital environment.

Competências:
Ideal Profile:- Professional qualification in Marketing or similar;
- At least 5 experience in similar position;
- Strong technical knowledge of statistics / analytical /marketing;
- Experience of managing teams located in different countries and cultures;
- Fluency in English. Knowledge in Spanish would be desirable;
- Highly motivated with an ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving and analytical skills within a fast-paced and challenging environment;
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills;
- Very strong research, analytical & collaboration skills;
- Ability to balance a number of conflicting priorities and make decisions;
- Excellent management skill and the ability to manage people.
