Randstad Professionals is supporting it´s multinacional telecomunications client to search for a Digital Marketing Manager (m/f).

competências

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Paid media (Offline and Digital) and digital strategy and execution
  • Knowledge of wider digital marketing context and user journey dependencies critical
  • Experience in using and providing analysis from social and digital analytics tools
  • In depth understanding and insight of digital and social trends with experience working and managing local or flagship campaigns
  • E-commerce & CRM campaign development and management expertise
  • Budget Management and ROI analysis capability
  • Capability to develop digital and media plans plan according product lifecycle, positioning and messaging
  • Website management capability
  • Good English language skills are mandatory. Other languages will be a plus
  • Versatile, analytical, capable to handle several projects at the same time

responsabilidades

  • Creating and maintaining the existing digital platforms, including managing our owned digital properties as well as integrating with channel partners to improve the digital experience for consumers
  • Redefining the digital media strategy, using the latest tools and techniques available to allow us to reach and engage important new audiences, particularly in the premium market
  • Campaigns projects execution, retained budgets management, ROI analyse and improvements
  • Understand the product lifecycle and develop and manage the plans and execution for the digital and traffic management
  • Manage the E-commerce platform traffic performance and online strategy
  • Develop strategies based on analysis of indicators such as GMV, traffic, conversion rate, and responsible for overall operation of the online channel
  • Paid media strategy (offline and online), media plans analyse and ROI analyse and improvements
  • Make use of the necessary analytics to ensure our strategic approach remains targeted and effective, and create reports that can be shared internally to showcase results and effectiveness of the campaigns, lessons learnt and opportunities for future success
  • Keep up-to-date on the latest developments and key trends and share internally information on communication strategies, emerging digital channels and competitor activity and innovation
  • Formulate and monitor the implementation of traffic policies, output traffic analysis reports, and be responsible for traffic
  • Digital and website (Google analytics, Omniture, Web Trends) analytics knowledge to measure results and success against agreed objectives
  • CRM campaign development and management expertise
  • Make use of the necessary analytics to ensure the strategic approach remains targeted and effective, and create reports that can be shared internally to showcase results and effectiveness of the campaigns, Key learnings and opportunities for future success
