Founded in 1998, our client is a multinational technology company that specializes in Internet-related services and products, which include online advertising technologies, cloud computing, software, hardware and the most well-known and largest search engine in the world.We’re recruiting Digital Customer Supporters to join our client’s team in Lisbon. This team is working with Google AdWords, the advertising service by Google for businesses wanting to display ads on Google and its advertising network.
Your job:
As a Digital Customer Support, you will be responsible give customer support while construction of online advertising campaigns and continuous optimization.
Also, you will be responsible to give assistance while improving profit margins and customer sales, and provision of individual solutions and customer-oriented marketing strategies.
Profile:
- Native or fluency in Italian, French, German, Dutch, Hebrew. Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Hausa, Afrikaans, Mandarin, Japanese or Finish and at least B2 level of English (mandatory);
- Interest in digital marketing or online advertising platforms;
- Exemplary communication and listening skills;
- Creative decision-making skills and proven ability to work independently;
- Positive mindset;
- Experience in telephone customer support (preferred).

-Conditions – Gross base salary between 950€ until 1400€ + Meal Allowance + Christmas and Holiday allowance.
