IT House is looking for a Demand Management Lead for a client in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee demand planning activities, ensuring resource availability, managing conflicting priorities, and securing funding and approvals to proceed.
  • Own the overall Demand Management process, monitor demand implementation progress, and interface with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of IT solutions.
  • Capture all demands addressed to the Workplace Product Family and ensure proper assignment by interacting with fellow Demand Managers across GO Markets and other Product Families.
  • Ensure business needs and priorities are clearly understood to support the overall business strategy.
  • Interface with requestors, GO Market Account Managers, and Product Business Partners to ensure proper pre-scoping, identifying whether existing products can meet the demand or if a new solution is required.
  • Manage the product project portfolio.
  • Own the Demand Management process for Workplace Global Products, ensuring all defined steps are followed appropriately.

Ideal Profile

  • Degree in Information Technology or a comparable field, with relevant professional experience in IT.
  • Strong expertise in Demand Management processes and related supporting processes.
  • Knowledge of cost of ownership (TCO) and product pricing models.
  • Knowledge of ITIL disciplines.
  • Client-focused and service-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working in multicultural and global environments.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
