Principais responsabilidades
What you will do:The Customs & Trade Control Operations Service is part of the CCT organization (Customer Credit and Trade) in SBS, and operates in 3 different areas: Customs management, Trade control and Trade preference.
Its main mission is to provide support and transactional services to the GBUs and to guarantee the control for Solvay group. CTC teams operate on GTS (Global Trade System), a SAP module to manage Customs and Trade control activities.
As part of SBS CCT CTC Operations team, and for a defined geographical perimeter, the CTC Operations officer will have the following responsibilities:
• Free Trade Agreements – support the origin calculation project
• Support the calculation of the preferential origin of products in the system for the different Free Trade Agreements where Solvay operates
• Verify the accuracy of Bill of Materials and procurement indicators with GBU Supply Chain and Procurements teams
• Ensure 1st level of support towards Customer Service
• Export Trade control in GTS
• Analyze export control: compare the created partners to the official blocked partner’s lists and the specific regulations of countries under embargo.
