Randstad Shared Services is currently recruiting Customer Support Specialists for our client, a world-known service that allows you to cook like a real chef, delivering sustainable boxes of fresh ingredients and recipes right at your door.Your main function will be helping customers make purchasing decisions to providing support post-purchase to help them understand and implement their products to ensuring their experience is consistently positive the entire time.
What will be expected of you?
• Build a sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship between customers and your brand.
• Handle customer requests, questions, and complaints on a variety of support channels.
• Provide troubleshooting assistant to customers
• Keep track of customer expectations and recurring issues.
• Follow up with customers after resolving their issues.
