Their smart access solutions fit virtually any door type, so they feel bespoke, and are integrated with the most popular booking platforms.
Currently, we are looking for a Customer Support Representative (m/f) for their operation in Lisbon, who is going to be responsible for giving the necessary help to the customers.
What are you going to do?
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint;
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls;
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication;
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution;
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents;
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Fluent in English and (ideally, but not mandatory) in Portuguese;
- Previous experience in customer support (preferential);
- Outstanding communication & people skills;
- Good technology knowledge and familiar with CRM systems and practices (preferable);
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
- Stress resistance;
- Calm and strategic.
- Work Contract directly with our client;
- Salary package above the average;
- Option for remote working on Mondays or Fridays;
- Dynamic environment;
- Available immediately.
Schedule: 40h/week, 8h per day, between 09 a.m. and 10 p.m., with rotative days off.
