Contract: 12 months (renewable, with the possibility of a permanent contract)
Language: Fluent English (minimum C1 – will be tested)

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Meta, your primary mission will be to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels – via chat, email, and phone. You will support and expand the self-service advertising platform for SME clients in the online and digital advertising sector, providing pre- and post-sales support, as well as product and tool support to enhance the customer experience.

What we offer

Total salary package: €1,237 gross/month
Food voucher: R$7/day (card)
Paid initial training: €92.80/week
12-month contract (renewable + possibility of permanent contract after 2 years with the company)
