Customer Support (Inbound) with Fluency in GermanWe are looking for a dynamic and empathetic professional to join a contact center team, with training provided in Lisbon. The role involves handling inbound calls related to travel assistance, ensuring effective support and solutions for customers.
Main requirements:
- Previous experience in customer support or contact center roles (preferred);
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) – mandatory;
- Immediate availability;
- Availability for rotating shifts (24/7);
- Excellent interpersonal communication, active listening, and customer orientation;
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Conditions:
- Remote work;
- Direct contract with the client.
