Proficiently managing customer inquiries across various channels such as chat, email, and phone, addressing a wide range of topics including, but not limited to, products related to Sports, Casino, Poker, and cashier-related matters;Evaluating individual issues and implementing suitable solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and meet their specific needs effectively;
Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams situated in diverse locations, all aligned towards achieving common goals;
Promptly escalating any system anomalies or general problems reported by customers to the relevant departments or parties to ensure swift resolution;
Demonstrating a thorough understanding of Standard Operating Procedures and consistently delivering service and quality standards at the agreed-upon level.
competências
Proficiency in German at the C1 level (at least);Proficiency in English at the B2 level;
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a high level of interpersonal aptitude;
Maintains a composed demeanor, even when working under pressure, and displays confidence in addressing a broad spectrum of customer inquiries;
Capable of excelling in a multicultural, multitasking environment;
Possesses solid computer skills;
A keen interest in Sports, Casino, and Poker products would be advantageous.
