We are hiring for a project of Customer Support for Gamers (m/f) from one of the well-known brands of videogames in the world.
The main task will be to give solution to customer issues/difficulties related with hardware, software and about the services itself. You’ll be using the phone, email and chat to answer questions related with consoles, tablets and games.
Requirements:
- Oral and written communication skills in English + other European Language (Polish, Czech, Dutch, Italian or French) – mandatory;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proactivity and dynamism;
- Passion and knowledge about the games industry and being an active player (preferential);
- Strong Customer and results orientation.
- Availability to work from Monday to Sunday with 2 rotative days off- 8h/day between 7am and 10pm (40h week).
