Tasks:
- Provide clarification of customer queries;
- Support the customer and follow up on processes;
- Complaints management;
- Ticket Management.
Requirements:
- Fluent in: English and Dutch (Minimum B2);
- Experience in Call Center (Preferential but not eliminatory);
- Responsible and punctual;
- Computer knowledge from the user’s perspective;
- Ability to manage conflicts.
