responsabilidades chave
We are looking for people with a passion for tourism and a multicultural attitude, to provide support for the german market, working remotely from home.You'll be responsible to help those customers have the best possible travel experience, helping them with reservations, touristic attractions, hotels and anything else related to tourism.
You´ll be the link between the company and the customers, so your empathy and great communication skills will be the difference to carve a great relationship with our clients.
We count on your great ethics to work remotely and ensure high quality support level for our customers.
competências
German native or fluent speaker (mandatory);English fluent speaker, advanced level;
Available to work full-time.
Passion for working with tourism;
Excellent customer care skills;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and telephone manners;
Broadband fiber optic internet connection (mandatory).
Calm and noise-free environment for homeworking.

- rotating schedules and days off, between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm;
