Requirements:- Fluency in Spanish;
- Strong commercial capacity;
- Capacity for analysis and critical spirit to avoid objections;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- IT skills;
- Team work;
Principais responsabilidades
Functions:- Telephone support, chat, email and social networks to all customers;
- Help customers with the purchase;
- Help customers navigating the site.
- Clarify doubts about payment methods and deadlines.
- Clarify doubts about products and features.
- Help customers with budgets.
Oferta
Work schedule: 11am to 8pmDays off: Saturday and Sunday

We are offering:
