Our client is a multinational courier delivery services company and her name is a syllabic abbreviation of the name of the company's original air division, which was used from 1973 until 2000.To join our client’s Customer Service team in Lisbon, we’re recruiting Mandarin speakers (m/f).
Your job:
As Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible to process sales executive’s requests and resolve customer issues and to follow rules, regulations, and processes according to pricing guidelines.
Also, you will be responsible to address and resolve first level sales escalation and follow-up daily with Sales Executive the non-solved cases until the issue is resolved.
Profile:
- Native or fluency in Mandarin and at least B2 level of English (mandatory);
- Exemplary communication and listening skills;
- Creative decision-making skills and proven ability to work independently;
- Positive mindset;
- Experience in telephone customer support (preferred).
The offer:
- Training – Monday to Friday, for 20 days;
- Workload – Monday to Friday, from 01 am to 10 am;
- Contract – directly with our client;
- Conditions – Gross base salary between 1034.33€ + Meal Allowance + Christmas and Holiday allowance.
