In order to grow their Center of Excellence (COE) near Lisbon (Lagoaspark), Kelly and IQVIA have partnered together with the aim of recruiting a French Speaking B2B Customer Service Representative (m/f).
Who you are:
- Fluent in French (at least C1 level written and spoken) and at least a B2 level in English (mandatory);
- Willing to commit to a project;
- Excellent communicator and have amazing written skills;
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively;
- Fast learner, preferably with previous experience in Customer Service roles in the Healthcare industry (not mandatory).
- Permanent employment contract;

- Schedules from Monday to Friday starting at 8h30, 9h30 and 10h;
