For their operation in Lisbon, we are looking for Customer Service Representatives (m/f) who can speak fluently Portuguese and English.

Tasks:

You will be part of an Ethical Compliance Line in order to provide support to the internal employees by registering reported situations by them related with fraud, harassment and other sensitive matters.

Your profile:
  • Native or fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written);
  • Previous experience in Customer Care (preferential);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to relate with others;
  • Resilience skills;

Work Location: Entrecampos (Lisbon)

Schedule

Availability for a 24/7 schedule:
  • The latest shift will be from 03 p.m. until 12 a.m.;
  • Night shifts will be from 10 p.m. until 07 a.m. and 12 a.m. until 09 a.m.
