Descrição de funções:
Provide assistance to customers and partners via telephone, aswell as all the Backoffice treatment;
Treat cancellations, property complaints, amendments and resend reservations to partners;
Check availability and inventory issues, and billing.
Requisitos:
Excellent communication skills;
Multitasking;
Responsible and Assertive;
Strong Customer Orientation;
Flexible and Motivated for new Challenges!
Professional experience in Customer Contact (preferred);
Working knowledge of computer tools in the user's perspective;
Fluent in English (Mandatory);
English Native (Preferencial).
