For their operation in Lisbon, we are looking for Customer Service Agents (m/f) who can speak fluently French/Italian/German or Spanish.
You will be part of a team responsible for giving support to clients in order to help them solving issues related with different industries.
Your profile:
- Native or fluent in one of the following languages: French, Italian, German or Spanish;
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written);
- Previous experience in Customer Care (preferential);
- Comfortable with IT tools (e.g. Microsoft Office);
- Resilience skills;
- Work Contract;
- Integration in a company with the possibility to develop your career;
