Partnering with Uber, Kelly is currently looking for Customer Service Agents (m/f) who can speak fluently French for Uber’s Excellence Center in Lisbon city center.
What are you going to do?
Be an advocate of the mission, brand and products of Uber by trying to bring new customers onto the platform and also optimize and implement efficient sales processes.
What we are looking for in you?
- Native or fluency in French and a good knowledge of English;
- Excellent PC and Internet skills;
- Analytical thinking and organization;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proactivity and dynamism;
- Results oriented;
- Stress resistance;
- Team-player and willing to join a multicultural environment;
- Direct employment contract with our client;
- Good salary range;
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 09 a.m. and 06 p.m. (8 hours per day).
