Our Client is a Specialist in multilingual outsourcing service company that has the goal of expanding their business in the Portugal market.They want to admit for immediate entry: a Customer Representative - German
In a back-office environment you should provide omnichannel customer support services through email, chat, social media, and the latest mobile apps.
What We Offer:
-Contract with the final client;
-Base salary: 675€/ month;
-Meal allowance: 7€/day;
-Performance Bonus: up to 125€/month (depending on performance);
-Working Schedule: 4h/day (20h/week) 5 days from Monday to Sunday.
Competências:
Requirements:We are looking for people who are passionate for customer managements and have:
-12th grade (preferential);
-Customer service experience (preferential);
-Good communication skills;
-Ability to work under pressure;
-Fluent in English (B2 Level);
-Fluent in German (C1 level);
- Flexibility for extended fixed shifts between 6am to 11pm, the schedule might shift to 24/7;
- Availability to attend 2 months as Full-time job and afterwards switching to part-time.
