We are recruiting a Customer Service Assistant for world's leading logistics company. 
O que terás de fazer
- Manage Local customs declaration.
- Perform Cargo Release (incl. on carriage / Empty return)
- Pre-Invoicing Controls & Invoicing.
- Prepare / send notice of arrival (NOA).
- Follow up idle situation and escalations.
- Participate in the promotion of relevant products or services.
- Manage/ coordinate system modifications with teams involved.
- Give guidelines and support the customer service team on all topics (process, dispute,
customer profiles, etc.). 
O que precisas de garantir
- Previous experience in similar roles;
- English & Portuguese proficiency;
- IT Literate experience.
