We are recruiting a Customer Delivery Assistant for world's leading logistics company.
O que terás de fazer
- Coordinate customer delivery tasks with shared service center team, agency and customer;
- Performance group tasks by optimizing the service delivery and promoting the best CX;
- Manage Local customs declaration;
- Perform Cargo Release (incl. on carriage / Empty return);
- Pre-Invoicing Controls & Invoicing;
- Follow up idle situation and escalations.
O que precisas de garantir
- Complete secondary education;
- Previous experience in similar roles;
- English & Portuguese proficiency;
- IT Literate experience.
