They work all over the world, in over 30 languages and 15 countries, and they are focused on development and implementation of holistic and innovative solutions in areas as mobility, buildings and Customer Interaction as well as services related to their internal processes, directed especially to the Accounting departments, Human Resources, Indirect Purchasing, Marketing and Logistics.At this moment, Kelly Services is recruiting Customer Care with fluency in German, to a brand new project that our client has in Lisbon, for the aviation field.
As Customer Care Agent, you're main responsibilities will be:
- Be part of an expert team on behalf of our client;
- Be responsible for thorough research, case management and careful process documentation;
- To answer customer inquiries by email and / or telephone;
- Represent our client's service standards with the goal of long-term customer loyalty.
- Fluency in German and at least B2 level of English;
- Previous experience as Customer Adviser or Customer Care;
- Team-player and willing to join a multicultural environment;
- Excellent PC and Internet skills;
- Being driven by customer satisfaction;
- Proactive and a problem solver.
