Currently, for their Lisbon office, we are looking for Customer Care Agents (m/f), who can speak fluently English, to reinforce our client’s operations teams.
What we are looking for in an agent:
- Native or fluency in English (Customer Care Agent - mandatory);
- Previous experience in customer care (preferential);
- Analytical thinking and organization;
- Stress resistance;
- Good technology knowledge;
Working Schedule:
Monday to Saturday
